Yes our country has finally lifted its first table tennis world title in Moscow. Determination and belief of team memers Feng Tianwei, Wang Yuegu and Sun Beibei. China was beatten with 3-1 by our female trio in the final of the World Team Table Tennis Championship!
As we all know, our winning team are not Singaporeans, but they are all China-born players who has now become new citizens of Singapore. I believe it does not matter if they were China-born players, the most important thing is the winners represented Singapore and won the Championship for Singapore.
They have made our nation proud.
